By joining The Kind Vibe GROW collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both you and The Kind Vibe, and to ensure the group experience remains supportive, fair and consistent for everyone.
Programme overview
The Kind Vibe GROW is a 6-week group programme designed to support women in business through group sessions, community connection and shared experiences.
Your place is confirmed once your first payment has been successfully processed.
Commitment and duration
The Kind Vibe GROW is a once per week, 6-week commitment.
By signing up, you are committing to the full programme. This commitment is essential to maintain the integrity, continuity and trust of the group experience.
Early cancellation or withdrawal does not end the payment obligation.
Payment terms
The total investment for The Kind Vibe GROW is £180.
Payments (or part payments) are taken via the payment method chosen at checkout
Payment plans are available
Payments are non-refundable
No partial refunds or credits are offered for missed sessions, non-attendance or early withdrawal from the programme
Failure to attend sessions does not remove the obligation to complete payments (if the payment plan option was selected)
If a payment fails, you will be contacted to resolve this promptly. Continued non-payment may result in removal from the programme while outstanding payments remain due.
Refund policy
All payments for The Kind Vibe GROW are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Change of personal circumstances
Change of business circumstances
Lack of time or availability
Non-attendance or reduced participation
This policy is in place due to the long-term planning, limited spaces and group-based nature of the programme.
Right to make changes
Dates, formats and locations may be adjusted if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
The Kind Vibe reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme structure if required to improve the experience or respond to unforeseen circumstances.
Community guidelines and conduct
The Kind Vibe GROW is built on kindness, respect and mutual support.
By joining, you agree to:
Treat all members with respect
Maintain confidentiality within the group
Avoid judgement, discrimination or disruptive behaviour
Refrain from aggressive selling or unsolicited promotion
The Kind Vibe reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour negatively impacts the group. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Confidentiality
All discussions shared within group sessions are confidential.
You agree not to share personal or business information discussed within the group outside of the programme without explicit permission.
Disclaimer
The Kind Vibe GROW provides support, guidance and community. It does not guarantee specific business results or financial outcomes.
You remain fully responsible for your business decisions, actions and results.
Liability
The Kind Vibe is not liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred as a result of participation in the programme, except where required by law.
